> Fill in the forms on your phone

1. Download the EpiSurveyor Mobile app (available in 4 languages!) to your phone from our download page
2. Learn how to fill in forms and upload data with our video tutorials and user guide

And if you don't have a phone handy you can use our online phone emulator (acts just like a phone!)
