• More than 1300 users have signed up at www.episurveyor.org since June '09 (we're now adding about 120 per month at a pretty constant rate)

• Users are uploading forms from mobile phones at the rate of 10,000 per month and accelerating (see graph)

We now have users from 128 countries and several hundred organizations using EpiSurveyor for maternal mortality in Guatemala, judicial reform in South America, outbreak investigation in Kenya, drug stock management in Ghana, and many other purposes.

Remarkably, the vast majority of these users have never contacted us, met with us, paid us, or required any consultation or training from us.  We have made data collection on mobile phones (almost) as easy as Google Maps.
