Rose Donna leads DataDyne.org's consulting efforts, providing a range of organizations with customized ICT solutions that meet their needs and match their resources. With over ten years in experience in the IT for developing world industry she has worked thru constant technological advances and has been able to incorporate them into low resource settings around the world. Previously as Project Manager for information systems and communications for the American Red Cross , she led the organization's international services division in the practical application of database systems, handheld computing and wireless technologies, particularly in disaster settings.

Ms. Donna holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Detroit and a master's degree in Information Technology from the American University. She is well known in Washington as co-owner of The Wonderland Ballroom (voted DC's Best Neighborhood Bar) and The Looking Glass Lounge with her husband Matthew McGovern as well as for her local DC community involvement.

MIP Project Peru Team

Last week John (Zoltner Consulting) and I went to Lima Peru to meet with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) to set up the next MIP project.  We'll be using the MIP technology (already being implemented successfully in Chile as the "DatAgro" program) to implement IMCI materials

Datadyne's Extracuricular Activities - NERD NITE at The Wonderland Ballroom

All work and no play makes Datadyne a dull....well just boring. If you're in DC Come out September 26th at 7pm for a night of Nerd revelry at The Wonderland Ballroom in Columbia Heights (on the green line)

Nerd Nite is an informal gathering at which nerds get together for nerdery of all sorts (well, mostly presentations and drinking). Nerds and non-nerds alike gather to meet, drink and learn something new. Nerd Nite; it’s like the Discovery Channel with beer.
